China may boost energy and mining acquisitions

Leaving alone the unhappy law suit against the Australian company Rio Tinto (impossible to draw a conclusion at any time in the near future but some of the stories coming out of China have not been in remote touch with the truth) China is keen to got on increasing its spending by at least half this year to take advantage the slump in commodity prices.
