Delay to black cab launch in China

The failure by Brilliance China Automotive to pay a second instalment of Yn600,000 to joint venture partner Manganese Bronze, a London-based motor manufacturer, had delayed the introduction of the London black cab to the streets of China, the Financial Times said. Manganese's chief executive, Ian Pickering, said that Brilliance still remained its preferred partner in China despite the delay, but that his company would find other partners if necessary to complete the project.
