Law & Regulation

1 February 2003

Chinese companies were the subject of 47 investigations of dumping or unfair export subsidies in the first 10 months of 2002, Xinhua said. This represents a lower incidence than in 2001, when there were 67 investigations. The report attributed the reduction in allegations of dumping to China's accession to the World Trade Organisation.
