AMEX forms network American

American Express announced that it signed a cooperative agreement with China International Travel Agency (CITA). American Express will cooperate with CITA to form a tourism service network covering 15 major cities. CITA's 15 branches will be able to use American Express' global service network and will also receive training from the US based firm.
