Organization plans to take China to court

In the US, a group of 39 manufacturing, agriculture and labor trade associations and unions have hired a law firm to develop a case against China for manipulating its currency.
The Fair Currency Alliance announced that its lawyers were planning to file a petition with the Office of the US Trade Representative.
