CEOs pay to hear Jack Welch

State media reported that leading private and state-owned firms were paying up to US$3,600 for their chief executives to hear former General Electric Chairman Jack Welch's views on running successful businesses. More than 1,000 people have reportedly paid to hear him in Beijing; another 800 were scheduled to attend his talk in Shanghai.
