Sinopec unit increases wholesale prices

Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical, which operates the largest refinery on the mainland, increased wholesale prices on No 90 petrol by RMB 100 a tonne, a 2.87% rise that brings the price to RMB 3,580. The company also announced its diesel price would rise by RMB 40, to RMB 3,602 a tonne, a 1.1% increase. China International Capital Corp said the company's refining margin per barrel would rise to US$6.05, from US$5.50 now.
