The Ministry of Commerce said it has set up a system to report on obstacles encountered by outbound Chinese investors. The move comes as investors are confronted by an increasing number or bureaucratic hurdles. A ministry official cited the case of Chinese investments in European chain stores requiring local industry association clearances.
