Marconi seals partnership deal with Huawei

British telecoms equipment group Marconi said it agreed to a partnership with Shenzhen-based Huawei technologies. Under the deal the two companies can sell products each other's partners products, as Huawei focuses more on Europe. Marconi said the deal would give it a low-cost, low-risk entry into China. Huawei also has a strategic alliance with Germany's Siemens.
