Huawei denies sale report

Shenzhen-based Huawei Technologies, China's biggest telecom equipment maker, denied a Financial Times report that it was trying to sell off parts of its business. Huawei told Shenzhen Daily the company said it had already completed a restructuring of its business and since its optical fiber and Internet access equipment businesses were profitable, there was no reason for sell them, as FT reported.
