Saudi Aramco eyes 2nd China project

Saudi Aramco is in talks to join a second major refinery in north China, the Wall Street Journal reported, quoting the state-owned oil producer's chief executive. He made the announcement days after saying Aramco would invest in a refinery and petrochemical project in southern China. Aramco's CEO said in Beijing that his firm and Sinopec are "working together to explore the feasibility of a new grass-roots refinery" in Qingdao, Shandong province.
