China Jianyin takes over China Southern Securities

China Jianyin Investment, the investment arm of China's central bank, will take control of the bankrupt China Southern Securities in an attempt to revive the failed brokerage. After collapsing last January, China Southern, the mainland's fifth-largest securities house, was taken over by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
