Steel cos told to diversify steel markets

As China's steel exports surge, Luo Bingsheng, vice-chairman of the China Iron and Steel Association, urged the country's steel makers to diversify their export markets to avoid charges of dumping, state media reported. China's exports of steel products surged 154% year-on-year to 11.6m tons in the first half of this year, according to official statistics.
