In their sixth round of talks, China and the US have again failed to reach agreement on textile quotas and China will therefore face a period of tight restrictions on textile exports to the US, the Financial Times reported. China had hoped to increase export levels on 21 clothing categories to 20% in 2007 and 30% in 2008, officials said, but the US's final offer was only 12.5% and 14.5% respectively.
