Nissan Motor Co is on course to sell its target of 140,000 passenger cars in China, having sold 111,700 in the first nine months of the year, an amount triple that sold in the same period last year, the AP reported, citing Katsumi Nakamura, president of Dongfeng Motor Co, Nissan's joint venture in China. Nissan's truck sales were down in China, but the decline was smaller than the overall drop in truck sales in the overall Chinese market.
