China and will offer rewards for reports of sudden animal or bird deaths as it combats bird flu, which has killed more than 60 people in Asia since 2003, AFP reported. Four hundred monitoring stations have been established by local governments, but the State Forestry Administration wants more. State media also said no report of avian flu had surfaced in migratory birds since June, and there have been no human cases thus far.
