Man on the moon in 15 years

China hopes to put a man on the moon and build a space station in 15 years, AP reported. After its second-manned space flight, Hu Shixiang, deputy commander of the manned space program, said: "We will have the ability to build our own space station and carry out a manned moon landing." Funding remains an obstacle, Hu said.
