Yangtze Road Bridge completed

The two ends of the Yangtze Road Bridge was connected over the Yangtze yesterday, state media reported. The bridge, which links Nantong and Suzhou in Jiangsu province, is 32.4 kilometers long. It also features the world’s longest bridge span at 1,088 meters, surpassing the 890-meter span of Tatara Bridge in Japan.
