The US and China will discuss inflation at the US-China Strategic Economic Dialog next week, AFP quoted US Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson as saying. Paulson said he looks forward to working with his new Chinese counterpart, Vice Premier Wang Qishan. Paulson also said the two parties would discuss trade and open markets, investment, and opportunities in energy and development. The high-level twice-yearly economic meeting, the fourth such event so far, will be held on July 17 and 18 in Maryland.
