The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) announced Thursday that companies that fail to meet corporate governance standards by November 30 will be denied new fund-raising opportunities, state media reported. The regulator said it will pay close attention to new share-incentive proposals that do not meet the new standards it introduced last year. Companies listed on mainland stock exchanges must report their progress on governance improvement by July 20.
