China’s Home Inns files for U.S. IPO
October 7th, 2006Home Inns & Hotels Management, the economy hotel chain in China, is planning an initial public offering of common stock in the United States.
The Shanghai-based company will issue as much as $80 million in American depositary shares, representing an undetermined amount of common shares, according to a preliminary offering document filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Home Inns said it is seeking a Nasdaq listing under the symbol ‘HMIN.’
