The hotel activity in Tianjin, the biggest port city in northern China, is fairly frantic. Now Hotel Nikko Tianjin, a new five-star hotel has opened. It is on Tianjin’s main boulevard, Nanjing Avenue, and is 22 stories high.

The hotel has Tianjin’s largest banquet room — great for MICE — and five meeting rooms. It has 373 guest rooms, six restaurants, a business center, indoor pool and a spa and fitness center.
