Cathay gets more access to Chinese destinations

November 22nd, 2006

Cathay Pacific will be able to provide more flights to cities in China as it begins code-sharing with Dragon Airlines on flights to China and other Asian destinations.

At the moment, Cathay has limited services to Beijing, Shanghai and Xiamen, but the code-sharing with Dragon, which will begin on flights in January 2007, will give customers greater access to these cities.

Cathay said the new code-share agreement is part of its efforts to provide better connections through Hong Kong.
