Disney consortium poised to invest in Bus Online

February 9, 2010: A Disney-Bus Online partnership would allow the US media giant to promote its brand in China, while the Chinese firm gains foreign expertise, content and credibility

A consortium of investors led by Disney (DIS.NYSE) and including Google (GOOG.NASDAQ) is said to be positioning to take a 30-40% stake in Bus Online, China’s largest in-bus digital media company.
